Why does Simplr need to integrate with our ticketing, e-commerce and various other systems? Why can’t you just login to our systems?

Simplr has its own proprietary platform that uses a combination of AI and machine learning to help Simplr Specialists best serve your customers.  This system provides you data protection by only giving specialists access to just the information they need to solve an individual ticket. They do not have access to search orders or other customer information. 

Additionally, Simplr’s platform provides efficiency for the Simplr Specialists so they do not have to log into a multitude of systems.  This is how we bring you best-in-class first response times, and the ability to flex up and down.
