Providing Simplr Shopify Partner Access

Instructions accepting Simplr's permission request

  1. After Simplr sends you the request for full access to your Shopify store, you will see the following prompt when you log into your Shopify store. Click the "Review request" from Simplr.

Why Simplr needs full access: We need full access to install our app onto your Shopify account that allows your customer's orders to be available to Simplr specialists to respond to inquiries. A user without full access isn’t allowed to install apps. The Simplr app is like a secure tunnel to your Shopify account which allows our Specialists to only do things like update/cancel orders without having them to log in to your Shopify account.

2. When ready, click the "Accept request" button on the bottom right of the screen.

That's it! We will install the Simplr app to your store shortly after you have accepted the request.
