How does Simplr incorporate my existing knowledge base?

No matter how many FAQs or macros your team has, we pull all of that information into Simplr. All of our partners are able to submit their own updates (i.e. dev releases, product updates, FAQ updates, etc.).

Once you send our team a message about the update from the chat widget in your Simplr dashboard, we'll get to work as soon as possible updating the knowledge base!
