No matter how many FAQs or macros your team has, we pull all of that information (knowledge base) into Simplr through your ticketing system (Ie. Zendesk, Kustomer, Intercom, etc.). Simplr’s ML looks to see how you’ve responded to your customers in the past and then curates responses accordingly. This allows our network of Simplr customer service specialists to quickly find the right answer while mimicking the tone of your company for your customers’ questions.
