How do you provide your key insights?

Key Insights offer context into what’s on the mind of your customers based on Simplr’s conversations with them. Our machine learning systems scans all conversations, pulls trends that are occuring along with specific quotes from customers of that trend to provide a snapshot of customer sentiment.
