Simplr loves hearing from you on what’s gone well and where we can improve. A Simplr Partner Success manager would have shared a Feedback Sheet with you. This feedback sheet is a great communication tool that can be used to do the following:
- Feedback on Tickets that Simplr Takes. You can highlight a particular ticket that Simplr takes, and provide constructive feedback on what went well and what didn’t on that ticket, along with a suggested response if necessary. Simplr will acknowledge and implement this feedback immediately.
- What Simplr needs to take more tickets or open clarifying questions. Simplr will have questions on what information/access is required in order to take a particular category of inquiries or clarify questions that Simplr is already taking.
- Updates. Here you can list any sales (discount codes), promotions (Mother’s Day, Black Friday), issues (site, procurement, inventory, etc) that you are having to inform Simplr so that we can be ready for a new set or surge of inquiries that could be coming our way.
