How do I know when Simplr is up and running?

Please login to your Simplr account at https://app.gosimplr.com/business/login. Once you have logged in, you will see the Simplr Dashboard. The Simplr Dashboard allows you to monitor and keep track of the inquiries Simplr is handling on your behalf. Your Simplr dashboard will show metrics such as inquiries resolved, quality of responses, response time to name a few. Simplr also provides key customer insights based on the conversations our Simplr specialists have with your customers.
