How do I change my payment information?

Step 1. Log into your Simplr dashboard

Step 2. Go to “Payment Info” 

Step 3. Click “Add a payment” 

Step 4. Add in your credit card information. Once a credit card is added, that will ensure that there is no lapse in your Simplr service. You will be charged $2.25 USD for each ticket that has been fully resolved by Simplr for the previous week. If Simplr escalates a ticket to you or Simplr doesn't take the ticket, there is no charge for those tickets.
