Yes! Go to your Simplr dashboard, then click on the menu on the top right. Click “Account Info” → “Integrations”
To enable Simplr to issue cancellations and refunds on your behalf, select the Shopify icon within integrations and make sure that the ‘Allow cancellations and refunds’ option is checked on the Update Shopify Details page.
If you don’t want Simplr to issue refunds for fulfilled orders, deselect the ‘Allow refunds for fulfilled orders’ option below.
